No refunds on the "Super Early Bird pre-sale"!
Full refund on a "Special Early Bird" pricing until February 14, 2026. Refund by February 28th, 2026.
If you are not able to attend, we will apply your pass to LA STM 2027 or transfer your pass to another dancer.
RESERVE YOUR TABLE
We keep the marathon friendly and flexible with plenty of open seating — free for everyone. However, with open seating there is no guarantee that seats will be available at all times. For our night milongas only, if you want to sit together with friends or prefer a guaranteed spot close to the dance floor, we offer a limited number of paid reserved tables/seats.
Reserving a table does not grant access to the festival.

Transfers: You can transfer your reservation to another attendee—just give their name at check-in.

Refunds: Refunds available up to April 21, 2026; after that, we’ll do our best to help with a transfer.
